Fredrik was born and raised in Kristiansand, and has a bachelor’s degree in music, theater and entertainment management from the Liverpool Institute for the Performing Arts, as well as a teacher in theater at the University of Agder. He has participated as an actor in several theater productions, and has played different roles in different universes in Kristiansand Zoo. Together with Jon Erik and Markus, Fredrik was also in the performance Anne Frank’s Siblings at Kilden. Apart from that, he’s involved as an improviser and organizer for Kristiansand Improvisation Theater, and has experience as a creative producer, marketing manager and director for Kristiansand Children and Youth Theater (KBUT).

For Kanon Produksjon, Fredrik has been a stage manager at THE DUMB WAITER.
